The Harp Group acquired the 113-room Courtyard by Marriott Cleveland-Beachwood Hotel in Beachwood, Ohio in December of 2005.

This hotel is situated amongst the affluent southeastern Cleveland suburbs of Beachwood, Shaker Heights, Cleveland Heights and Chagrin Falls. A comprehensive renovation of the hotel was completed in April of 2003, which put the hotel at the top of the market in terms of physical asset quality. The Courtyard is one of the most affordable and respected hotels in Beachwood. Contemporary guest rooms are larger than most, and feature comfortable new bedding, free hi-speed Internet with virtual printing networks, HD television in most rooms, a well-lit work desk and ergonomic chair. Fitness options include an indoor pool and state-of-the-art exercise room.

The Courtyard by Marriott Cleveland Beachwood is currently being managed by The Harp Group’s affiliated management company, Portfolio Hotels & Resorts.
